Clear Your Energy, Meditate & Manifest!

Service Description

This is a hands on session! In other words we will be using the actual practices & techniques for getting you in the optimal state to manifesting what you desire as easily and efficiently as possible. Together we will clear your energy and any blocks using the Emotion Code, next I will show you how to use the Emotional Freedom Technique aka Tapping for yourself. EFT is a mind-body-spirit modality to clear and clean up your energy for any issue in your life. Countless people including myself have had enormous success addressing PTSD symptoms, phobias, aches and pains and clearing emotional baggage and anxiety with Tapping. It's like spring cleaning for your energetic field and once you get the hang of this powerful modality you'll be able to address many issues on your own. Check out my blog for more information on how energy clearing offers instantaneous relief and healing. The second portion of this session is dedicated to honing in on the meditation and manifestation techniques that work best for you. We will cover an assortment of techniques to see what floats your boat. Some people love to visualize, some people like to write, some people need to be in motion. I've had a daily meditation practice since 1998 and in that time have studied and practiced a variety including transcendental meditation (valued at $2500.) I will also be giving you a sample meditation track we will listen to together in session that I guarantee will get you into a quieter head space. You'll also be given a list of resources to further support your new practice along with a brain entrainment track to continue practicing with.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up, you are welcome to reschedule with me at anytime. If you need to cancel for some unforeseen reason, please reschedule your session for a later time. Your booking is good for one year out from the date of deposit. You also have the option to gift your session or remaining sessions to someone else! Last minute cancellations are honored one time only in case of emergency.
