The Story
Guardian is more than a painting; it is a sacred transmission from a seven-year shamanic initiation. Born from a 2018 visionary journey in the Colorado mountains, this figure captures the "Archangel Lions" that appeared during my initiation into my 7-year rites of passage.
 
Grandmother Aya invited me on a cool December morning while sungazing to attend a ceremony in the Rockies. In the most difficult ceremony of my life, I was taken to a fractal labyrinth of despair and sinister loneliness. But just before entering the crucible, 3 beautiful rainbow-maned white lions appeared around me. These Celestial Lions formed a triangle of absolute protection—a divine container that allowed my soul to experience the shadows without being touched by them.
 
I was later told that to hold true compassion and spiritual power, one must first understand the depths of suffering that exists and be of service without being consumed by it. This was the beginning of my angelic training. This work serves as a reminder that even in the lowest vibrations, you are guarded by celestial forces of love, light and protection.
