Return & Refund Policy
I want you to love your new art as much as I loved creating it. Because each piece is custom-made to order specifically for you, I have a few policies in place to ensure everything goes smoothly.
Damaged, Defective, or Mislabeled Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is a mistake in the printing, please reach out to me within 30 days of receiving the product. I will work with my printing partners to get a replacement sent to you as quickly as possible.
Items Lost in Transit
For any packages that seem to be lost in the mail, please contact me no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date so I can investigate and resolve the issue for you.
Returns & Exchanges (Buyer’s Remorse)
Because each item is printed and produced uniquely for you at the time of purchase, I do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
*Note for my International & EU Customers:
Under European Union law, the "right of withdrawal" generally does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. As every item in my shop is custom-printed upon your order, all sales are considered final once production begins.
How to Resolve an Issue
If there is a problem with your order, please email me directly at deliberatemanifesting@gmail.com. Please include a brief description of the issue and attach a photo of the product and the packaging. I’ll do everything in my power to make it right.
