Service Description

This is a hands on session! In other words we will be using the actual practices & techniques for getting you in the optimal state for manifesting what you desire. Together we will clear your energy and blocks using the Emotion Code and the Emotional Freedom Technique. EFT is a mind-body-spirit modality to clear and clean up your energy for any issue in your life. Countless people including myself have had enormous success addressing PTSD symptoms, phobias, aches and pains and clearing emotional baggage and anxiety through these practices. It's like spring cleaning for your energetic field and once you get the hang of this powerful modality you'll be able to address many issues on your own. Check out my blog for more information on how energy clearing offers instantaneous relief and healing. In the second portion of the session, we will engage in breathwork as well as a powerful guided meditation to call in what you are asking for. You'll also be given resources to further support your new practice and energy.

Cancellation Policy

If something comes up, you are welcome to reschedule with me at anytime. If you need to cancel for some unforeseen reason, please reschedule your session for a later time. Your booking is good for one year out from the date of deposit. You also have the option to gift your session or remaining sessions to someone else! Last minute cancellations are honored one time only in case of emergency. All booking deposits and payments for services rendered are non-refundable.
