Service Description

This is a deeper, more intensive package offering for breaking through age old patterns and creating real, lasting change. Schedule your sessions at your convenience over 3 months at one or two hour lengths. Consistency over a longer period of time means we’re able to re-pattern completely, ensuring the changes hold and become your new normal. Practically this entails engaging in deeper shadow work, unwinding ingrained patterns, and shifting and replacing them at the level they were formed. This is not just about insight—it’s about embodied change. You’ll experience shifts in real time and begin stabilizing a new way of thinking, feeling, and operating. This work supports a stronger sense of vitality, empowerment, and forward momentum—so you’re not just breaking through, you’re living differently on the other side of it. This is for you if you’re ready for deeper work, larger shifts, and a more fully enlivened and aligned way of being.
